The Peer TA Network would like to know what States and Counties are doing to support eligibility and case management workers with high caseloads?

A representative from the Colorado Department of Human Services would like to hear what other states are doing to share pertinent information and updates to their counties in a timely manner? Do any states have list-servs or specific Web sites to disseminate information to their counties?

A representative from South Fulton Service Center would like to learn about some creative intake procedures from other states/cities related to their intake process.

The Peer TA Network would like to learn about the technological characteristics of the technology or data system(s) that organizations use? Are tools web-based, and can they be accessed from any PC? Are they tied to any other data systems? If so, which ones? What are the job titles or job functions of the people within your organization who use it?

The Peer TA Network would like to know at what level (e.g., State, regional, caseworker, case) organizations measure and/or track these indicators internally for the purpose of knowing more about the performance of your organization?

The Peer TA Network would like to learn what what technology or data system(s) organizations use to measure program performance based on key program indicators (e.g., work participation, caseload dynamics)? If an organization does not use technology, how is program performance measured?

A representative from the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services/Family Support would like to learn about screening and assessment tools used by other States that comply with 45 CFR 261.11(a)?

A representative from the Community Partnership would like to know if anyone can recommend any training sessions or classes that would benefit the coordinator of a program designed to eliminate barriers to employment, so as to enable clients to leave sanctioned status?

A representative from the Community Partnership would like to know what types of training sessions, seminars, or classes States recommend to improve communication and cooperation between agencies that each address different aspects of a grant-funded welfare-to-work program?

A representative from Employment Connection would like to know which States are currently operating their TANF program with the policy of "Immediate Engagement"?
