This Final Report describes a workshop that took place on September 16, 2003, in New York City, sponsored by the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) and the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration (ETA).
I need the national number of children served by TANF for each fiscal year from 1999 to last available as a comparison for our state numbers or a location I can obtain that information. While this number used to be readily available I can now find only family or total participation. A child for our purposes is under 18, but if the data is available at other ranges and not available at 0-17 I would still be very grateful.
