Self-Nomination Form for Cohort 2 of the Youth Systems Business Academy

The U.S. Department of Labor's Youth Systems Building Academy (YSB Academy) provides local workforce systems and their community partners with individualized training and tailored technical assistance as they create plans to explore, design, test, implement, or scale system-level approaches to engage and support young people entering the workforce. It aims to build the capacity of youth organizations to design and implement services and strategies that incorporate diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility principles. The YSB Academy invites communities to participate in their second cohort to create actionable, sustainable plans to implement a range of activities. Communities may plan to align workforce resources and investments with education, child welfare, juvenile justice, TANF, SNAP, housing, transportation, or disability systems.
