Roadmap to Inclusive Career Pathways

This National Center on Leadership for the Employment and Economic Advancement of People with Disabilities (LEAD Center) tool offers step-by-step guidance for creating inclusive career pathways, encompassing everything from initial assessments to long-term support strategies. It includes best practices and case studies that showcase successful disability-inclusive workforce programs, along with collaboration tools to help TANF front-line staff and workforce professionals build partnerships with employers and state agencies, ensuring a well-rounded support network for participants. The roadmap also provides customized resources, including checklists, templates, and guides, allowing staff to effectively tailor career pathways to meet each participant's unique needs.
