Pathways to Success Toolkit

Helping people find a job often takes more than job search assistance alone. The Pathways to Success Toolkit from ACT offers practical strategies for connecting education, workforce development, employers, and support services to help people prepare for careers and access employment opportunities. Its guidance can help Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) practitioners identify ways to address barriers to employment, connect participants with training and credentials, and strengthen partnerships that open doors to jobs. By coordinating services around participants’ goals, TANF programs can help families navigate the path from workforce preparation to employment and greater economic stability.
