Minnesota Integrated Services Project: Voices of Program Participants

The Urban Institute authored this report on the Minnesota Integrated Services Projects (ISP), which was designed to support TANF recipients in the state of Minnesota. The Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) provided grants to sites around the State to improve outcomes for families by increasing access to comprehensive services that address multiple needs.
