How Solving The Child Care Crisis Can Solve The Hiring Crisis For Employers

This article notes that a large segment of available workers is choosing to remain out of the workforce and one important factor behind this trend is the need for child care. This factor has a major impact on employers as child care breakdowns create stress for employees that prevents them from being fully present at work, which affects attendance, productivity, and, ultimately, the organization’s bottom line.
