Employment Equity: Louisiana’s Path to Inclusive Prosperity

This PolicyLink report provides an illustrated road map that supports a “full employment economy” model that is inclusive of low-income residents of color in Louisiana. Though some of the data are state-specific, the key findings and policy priorities that include removing non-cognitive barriers, scaling up career pathways, growing the base of employers, and supporting investments in child care and access to transportation can be generalized for wider geographic reach.
