Embedding Equity in Your Registered Apprenticeship (RA): Strategies to Advance Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility in RA

For Registered Apprenticeship (RA) to achieve its promise as a driver of workforce equity, apprentices themselves must be at the center of program design with the strong support of diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) practices. This webinar brought together an RA employer, a community partner, and an apprentice to discuss the journey of implementing DEIA practices in RA and address: how to embed practices that support diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility in RA programs, how partnerships can provide the support and expertise in implementing DEIA practices, and how these changes ultimately impact the apprentice experience.
