The Effects of a 2Gen Human Capital Program on Children’s Outcomes in Head Start

This issue brief from the Aspen Institute’s ASCEND initiative illustrates the CareerAdvance® program, created and administered by the Community Action Project of Tulsa County (Oklahoma). The program, designed to create employment opportunities in the healthcare sector, has benefitted parents with improved education and job opportunities.
