The Effects of a 2Gen Human Capital Program on Children’s Outcomes in Head Start

This issue brief from the Aspen Institute’s ASCEND initiative illustrates the CareerAdvance^® program, created and administered by the Community Action Project of Tulsa County (Oklahoma).
