Digital Skills Partnerships: Philadelphia Office of Children and Families, Adult Education Division

During the COVID-19 pandemic, literacy providers across the country discovered that a significant number of people needed support learning about digital skills. The City of Philadelphia’s Office of Children and Families, Adult Education Division, developed this resource with key recommendations for literacy providers looking to provide basic digital skills for adult learners.
