Coaching for Success Series: Coaching Observation Skills for Supervisors of Direct Service Staff
Supervisors, would you like to help staff strengthen their skills and grow as coaches by observing them in action? This webinar walked the supervisor through the steps needed to prepare for, complete, and deliver post-observation feedback to their field staff. A Coaching Observation Tool was also provided. This presentation was held on July 11, 2019, as part of the Integrating Innovative Employment and Economic Stability Strategies (IIEESS) Coaching for Success series.
