Biden-Harris Administration National Strategy on Hunger, Nutrition, and Health

Accompanying the first White House Conference on Hunger, Nutrition, and Health in over 50 years, this report describes a national strategy to meet a bold goal: “to end hunger in America and increase healthy eating and physical activity by 2030 so fewer Americans experience diet-related diseases.” The report documents the current hunger, nutrition, and health landscape and outlines five pillars to meet the envisioned goal: improve food access and affordability; integrate nutrition and health; empower all consumers to make and have access to healthy choices; support physical activity for all; and enhance nutrition and food security research.
