Access for All: Innovation for Equitable SNAP Delivery
This brief examines how SNAP benefit delivery could be more equitable and inclusive during the COVID-19 pandemic. The brief’s findings examine accessing SNAP benefits through electronic benefits transfer (EBT) cards as well as emerging payment technologies. The brief is based on interviews with SNAP experts, state agency representatives, consumer advocates, food retailer association representatives, and EBT processor representatives.
