The Peer TA Network would like to learn what what technology or data system(s) organizations use to measure program performance based on key program indicators (e.g., work participation, caseload dynamics)? If an organization does not use technology, how is program performance measured?
What are other states doing in regards to contractor incentives and pay-for-performance contracts? Which states have contracts where payment is based on clients achieving certain outcomes and what percentage of payment in those contracts is based on clients achieving those outcomes?
Do any States provide bonuses to county or local agencies as a reward for successful program outcomes? If so, provide details on the purpose of the bonus and the types of agencies that are eligible to receive it.
