A representative from the Cook Inlet Tribal Council would like to know if other States, counties, and Tribes have implemented policies and strategies to reduce the wait time between when a family applies and is determined eligible for TANF?
The Peer TA Network would like to know how TANF agencies engage eligible immigrant, refugee, and limited English proficient TANF populations for work activities? Do agencies have innovative programs to address these populations?
A representative from the Arkansas Department of Workforce Services would like to know some cost-effective ways that state agencies may implement to increase work participation rates with TANF participants?

A representative from the Iowa Department of Human Services would like to hear from States that use data systems that automatically search other systems and import relevant data into one location to determine program eligibility and enrollment. Currently, Iowa's eligibility staff have to manually search a variety of data systems in order to find information used to establish eligibility for applicants and enrollees (e.g. UIB, wage data, social security benefits, VA benefits, etc.). Other terms used for this type of functionality may be 'data mining' or 'data brokering'.
The Peer TA Network would like to know if any states have examples of employability and work readiness assessments that they are willing to share? Do Case Managers offer the participant feedback based on the assessment?
