They would love to hear from anyone who has implemented budgeting programs and what curriculums they have used/recommend.

The Peer TA Network would like to know what States are doing to starting Individual Development Accounts for clients using TANF? What States have working relationships with Assets For Independence grantees?

Are there TANF programs that offer/make available micro-enterprise loans to their clients?

Do any States have video materials on the EITC that are played in social services offices?

Are there any studies/statistics that indicate financial literacy training among TANF recipients is necessary and helpful to clients in obtaining self-sufficiency?

Arizona is considering mandating that some supportive services be issued to participants as incentives for participation for supportive services that are common to all participants, such as, clothing allowances. Are there any other states that are offering any type of support or service to participants as an incentive for continued participation other than monies pertaining to employment retention?

The Peer TA Network would like to know if any States use their TANF funds to help absolve recipients credit debt? Are these benefits excluded from the definition of assistance, thus not affecting the 24-60 month time clock?
