New Jersey has the challenging task of providing cost-effective, high-quality services to people with developmental disabilities and their families. This report presents the views of a selected group of stakeholders--advocacy groups, service providers, union employees, government agencies, and people with developmental disabilities and their families--to help plan for changes to the system. Areas discussed include resources and funding, program and service planning, and community integration.
