The Mentoring Partnership of Southwestern Pennsylvania provides resources to mentoring programs and supports mentoring programs by presenting best practices and delivering training and technical assistance to staff of local programs.

JobLinks Employment Transportation Initiative, a project of the Community Transportation Association, aims at connecting affordable and reliable transportation-to-work solutions with workforce development agencies as well as other stakeholders. Primarily supported with funding from the U.S. Department of Labor and the U.S. Department of Transportation, the initiative focuses on delivering services to low-income individuals as well as various special populations, such as: disabled, youth, veterans, and elderly workers.

The Community Transportation Association of America's (CTAA) National Transit Resource Center (NTRC) offers assistance (e.g., funding sources, exemplary practices) for communities with transportation challenges. NTRC published a Resource Guide with transportation contacts for each State.

In this report, The Center for Law and Social Policy (CLASP) highlights the findings of the U.S. Census Bureau and the Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) reports which describe the state of child support efforts in this country. The CLASP report also discusses what can be made of the seemingly contradictory results of these two reports.

This study describes policies and practices in Connecticut, Minnesota, and Texas designed to coordinate the child support enforcement program, Medicaid, and the State Children's Health Insurance Program (SCHIP) to secure and sustain appropriate health care coverage for child support-eligible children. Based on site visits to the 3 States, the report documents both successes in cross-program coordination as well as challenges to effective coordination.
