A representative from the Colorado Department of Human Services would like to know if any States know of web-based, self-paced domestic violence trainings (not college courses) and/or Family Violence Option (FVO) training? Colorado is in the process of building web-based, self-paced training for TANF workers regarding the FVO.

A representative from the Education Commission of the States would like to learn more about examples of cooperative efforts between schools/business/industry to assist youth in becoming job ready? Examples may be job shadowing, mentor programs, internships, summer employment, etc.

The Peer TA Network would like to know if States know of programs that assist adolescents (15 and over) on TANF attain self-sufficiency when aging out of the Program at 18? This would not include programs for teen mothers who are covered by other TANF programs.

A representative from Washington States' Economic Services Administration would like to hear from States that include a SSI recipient in the TANF assistance unit, and budget the SSI payment against the TANF grant?

A representative from the San Francisco Human Services Agency would like to know if there are new research models for eligibility programs that address new technological developments, staffing issues and business processes?

A representative from the Delaware Division of Social Services would like to know what assessment tool States use to determine if a client has challenges with substance abuse, mental health and/or domestic violence?

A representative from the Maine Department of Health and Human Services would like to know what strategies Statues use to meet their federal participation performance? What is your "work plan"?

A representative from the Milwaukee County Social Development Commission would like to know what tools States use for for career assessments, barrier screening tools, and mental health assessments?

A representative from the Missouri Family Support Division is looking for ways to decrease postage cost. Do States e-mail TANF notices to applicants/participants? If so, what percentage of your TANF population receives notices via e-mail?

A representative from the Maine Department of Health and Human Services would like to know what strategies States are using to meet the work participation rates for all families and two-parent families?
