Making the Case for Evidence-Based Decision-Making
This article from the Stanford Social Innovation Review argues the need for evidence-based decision-making. Although this practice has potential to improve outcomes for families, it should be better marketed and adapted to address specific issues, instead of a broad overall approach. The author suggests collecting better data, holding people accountable for program results, and promoting ongoing program improvements.
