Intergovernmental Child Support Enforcement Forms
When parents live in different states or jurisdictions, child support cases can become more complex. The Office of Child Support Enforcement released this collection of standardized intergovernmental forms to help child support agencies process interstate cases more efficiently and consistently. Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) practitioners who work with families across state lines can use this resource to better understand the documentation required and support families as they navigate the child support process.
