Early Operating Guidance for Implementation of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA)

This Training and Employment Notice provides information for State and local workforce system leaders, One Stop Centers, and other employment and training system stakeholders. The Notice explains the Employment and Training Administration’s plans to issue operating guidance on the implementation of WIOA and to continue to provide technical assistance.
