The report, from the New York City Employment and Training Coalition and the Pratt Center for Community Development, provides an overview of how linkage policies facilitate urban revitalization and reduce poverty among urban areas. Authors found that low-income populations benefit from linkage initiatives, and offer recommendations to utilize urban redevelopment activities to address unemployment and poverty.
