A representative from El Paso County Department of Human Services, Community Programs would like to know if other State or local agencies utilizing kinship and/or grandparent navigator programs for the TANF child-only program? Can you provide additional information on your program?
A representative from the Norfolk Department of Human Services would like to know which States provide kinship or guardian subsidy payments to family or friends caring for children in their custody?

We currently administer the TANF funding for the Domestic Violence Programs in the state. I would like to know how other states are enforcing reporting requirements. Specifically, how funds are applied to services provided and how data is collected. Are there definitions to the required reporting elements? Thank you.
