What is the email address that my account confirmation is coming from?
You will receive an email from PeerTA FW (peerta@blhtech.com). Please save this email to your contact list.

Do I need an MFA if I have a password?
Yes. The multi-factor authentication (MFA) is different than a password; passwords can be forgotten, stolen, and even compromised. MFA uses a second step to make it harder for other people to break into your account. The MFA process is a required security measure. It is a time-based one-time password, refreshing every 30 seconds.

How often do I use the MFA?
You will use it every time you log in, so your MFA device must be accessible each time you access the modules.
Your username is not your email. When creating your account, please write down or save your username. If you cannot remember your username, please contact Support via email.

I get an error message when I try to login. What should I do?
Receiving an error message means your access has been denied. Please email peerta@blhtech.com and let us know that you cannot access your account. Provide several time slots that you will be available for a phone call to reset your account.

Can I use any internet browser?
Yes, any browser will work to access the modules. However, we recommend the latest versions of Microsoft Edge, Safari, or Google Chrome.

Can I install an MFA application onto a computer?
Yes! If you are downloading it on your work computer, you may need your technical admin to assist you.
