During this concurrent workshop, presenters addressed the question, “does seamless necessarily mean inefficacy?” This workshop explored the timeliness of transforming PDF and paper-based processes into online services to support case management efforts.

During this concurrent workshop, a diverse panel of speakers introduced the ACF Framework on Missing and Murdered Indigenous Persons, provided a lived testimonial, and highlighted how Tribal TANF programs can partner with local justice and advocacy organizations to support survivors while shining a light on prevention efforts.

This Innovation Station video highlighted Coaching for Success—a free 14-module eLearning Curriculum that OFA made available to all State and Tribal TANF agencies and Native Employment Works (NEW) programs. The purpose of the curriculum is to train employment case managers in how to leverage coaching techniques to improve their case management skills.

During this workshop, discussion focused on transforming the delivery of anti-poverty tax credits. The California Department of Social Services (CDSS), together with the California Policy Lab (CPL) and Code for America (CFA), discussed the Department’s tax outreach effort for California's TANF and SNAP participants.
