Using the Trauma & Resilience at Work Guides to Create Organizational Change

The Corporation for a Skilled Workforce will host a webinar on January 11, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. ET which will discuss how to create organizational change using the Trauma and Resilience at Work Guides. These guides are designed to help workforce development practitioners understand the neuroscience behind trauma and resilience and receive actionable steps to mitigate and manage toxic stress and trauma to cultivate a culture of resiliency for staff and organizations. The four guides covered in the webinar are entitled: The Brain Science of Trauma & Resilience; Trauma in Workforce Development; Responding to Trauma Triggering in Real Time; and Cultivating a Culture of Resiliency in Organizations.
