Modern Apprenticeships for a Modern Age: Employers Advancing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility in the U.S. Registered Apprenticeship System

Jobs for the Future (JFF) will host an event on November 19, 2021 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. ET, which includes the unveiling of the Employer Pledge to Advance Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) in Registered Apprenticeships with inaugural employer signers. By signing the pledge, these companies will join a national community of stakeholders who are committed to driving DEIA. These employers will have access to JFF resources offering tips and best practices to help them fulfill their promise. The event will feature opening remarks by U.S. Department of Labor Secretary Marty Walsh and a roundtable discussion with employer representatives to cover the importance of DEIA in apprenticeship for their organizations.
