Economic Mobility Enacted Legislation Database
The National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL) has created a new Economic Mobility Legislation Database that tracks enacted bills from 2021 in the 50 states, District of Columbia and U.S. territories. The database includes administration and councils; assets and savings; benefits cliffs; child and dependent tax credits; credit, lending and banking; cross-system integration; earned income tax credits; eligibility for benefits and services, equity and economic opportunity; family formation/structure; financial literacy; benefit fraud, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program; Supplemental Security Income; Temporary Assistance for Needy Families, taxes and tax deductions; benefit time limits; universal basic income; and workforce and training opportunities.
