I am in need of some creative/innovative intake procedures. Recently, I have been reassigned to supervise TANF/ES intake. In Fulton County, GA all TANF applicants report to one central location to apply. Daily, we have anywhere between 50 to 60 customers who apply. I am seeking some ideas from other states/cities as to how their intake process works.
